Shanghai Institute of Comprehensive Research and Development (SICRD)was founded in April 1992, approved by former Premier Mr. Zhu Rong Ji. At that time, Mr. Huang Ju, now the Deputy Premier, also took part the opening ceremony. Currently SICRD has a strong adviser team with 25 researchers and staff. In the meantime, there are a number of well-known scholars and experts invited as our special researchers.
Shanghai Institute of Comprehensive Research and Development includes two institutes and six divisions: Strategic Research Division, Industrial Consultancy Division, Coordination Division, Administrative Division, Classic Culture Institute and Modern Elite Institute.
